I made this a few months ago, when I would wake up and feel constant waves of anxiety and sickness that crippled me, I felt like I couldn't do anything, how much of it was physical and how much of it was in my mind, I don't know. The only thing that was really bringing me happiness was webcomics and small bits of comedy, I really started enjoying one called FlorkofCows, hence the cover.

I needed to prove to myself that I could still do things in this state, so I made some recordings and tinkered with them a bit. I decided to put the song on to a cassette tape that I had been baking on the window sill, which gave it some gentle crackles and pops throughout the recording. I left the tape running too long whilst recording, which goes to show just how bad I was, I couldn't even pay attention to a cassette spinning around.
